Ingredients
- 2 Slices of Bread
- Splash of Milk
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1.5 Smidgens of Sweetia
- Oil
- Fruit
- Honey
- Icing Sugar
Directions
- Step 1 Beat the eggs, milk and Sweetia, Whisk until well blended, ensuring the Sweetia has mixed in.
- Step 2 Dip your bread in the egg mixture, allow more time if you are using thicker slices.
- Step 3 Oil your pan and set to medium heat.
- Step 4 Add the egg soaked slices of bread and griddle until golden brown on both sides.
- Step 5 Serve with fruit of choice, drizzle some honey and dust with icing sugar.
- Step 6 Enjoy!
